The RentSmart™️ Program provides educational sessions, plus supports for tenants and landlords. The goal of these sessions is the development and maintenance of good relationships between tenants and landlords; and the development of ongoing successful tenancies. The sessions provide information about:

• Tenant’s rights and responsibilities
• Landlord’s rights and responsibilities
• How to complete a successful rental application
• How to effectively manage your budget
• Maintenance do’s and don’ts, plus other applicable topics

At The Help Centre we know that completing rental applications, or government forms can be complicated; that is why our Housing Support Workers are here to help you. Call or email our Housing Support Worker, and they will be happy to help you complete your forms and answer any questions you might have.
